InspereX is seeking a highly motivated candidate to join our growing Wealth Management Solutions Team. This is an opportunity to build a long-term career in one of the fastest-growing wholesaling firms in the United States. Partner with Financial Advisors to implement differentiated solutions that solve real client challenges. The ideal candidate is a relationship builder with the ability to collaborate and thrive in team settings. This individual will have a sales-focused mentality and be a goal-oriented communicator with strong interpersonal skills.

This role requires the candidate to reside in or relocate to Florida.

\n

 

\n

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

\n

●     Develop and grow relationships with Financial Advisors by delivering wealth management solutions and business building ideas.

\n

●     Identify new opportunities for structured notes, risk-managed solutions, concentrated stock monetization strategies, and alternative investments.

\n

●     Conduct in-person meetings, educational events, webinars, and portfolio reviews.

\n

●     Partner with internal and external wholesalers to develop new relationships and drive sales growth.

\n

●     Generate and manage a robust sales pipeline while maintaining consistent CRM activity.

\n

●     Use technology to improve productivity, engagement, and the advisor experience.

\n

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE/QUALIFICATIONS

\n

●     Bachelor's degree preferred.

\n

●     Series 7 and Series 63/66

\n

●     1-3 years of financial services experience

\n

●     Bachelor’s degree    

\n

●     Coachable, curious, and motivated to grow

\n

●     Goal-oriented, resilient, and adaptable

\n

●     A persuasive communicator and collaborative teammate

\n

●     Eager to build a long-term career with InspereX
