International Accounting Manager - Private Equity - Boston - Hybrid 

A leading global private equity firm is seeking an International Accounting Manager in their Boston office to support global financial operations across international entities.

This is a highly visible role focused on international accounting, consolidations, statutory reporting, month-end close, audit support, and financial analysis within a fast-paced global environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead month-end close, reconciliations, and multi-entity financial reporting
• Review international statutory financials and ensure local GAAP/IFRS compliance
• Manage relationships with global accounting providers, auditors, and tax advisors
• Support forecasting, variance analysis, and executive-level reporting
• Oversee multi-currency consolidations, intercompany activity, and cash management
• Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and reporting efficiencies
• Partner cross-functionally on entity formations, restructurings, and strategic projects

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience in a multinational environment
• CPA and public accounting background preferred 
• Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills
• Exposure to Power BI or Tableau preferred
