International Export Sales Coordinator

The International Export Sales Coordinator works under the guidance of the Sr. Customer Service Manager in processing orders, preparing export documents, negotiating -Domestic & International on freight rates and processing samples ensuring compliance with US and foreign government laws and regulations.

1st shift: 8:00-4:00 pm

Pay: $20/hr

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Essential Functions Statement(s)

1.* Enter, route, and process sales orders.

2.* Prepare required export documents in compliance with federal, state and foreign regulations.

3.* Negotiate shipping rates with freight forwarders.

4.* Process sample requests.

5.* Administer ACT! Database.

6.* Complete new customer set-ups; trade references, bank info, D&B report.

7.* Answer inquiries from brokers regarding commission and sales.

8.* Assist the Manager in researching open Accounts Receivable and collections.

9.* Assist Director and Managers on special projects such as trade shows and distributor visits.

10.* Provide administrative support to Director and Managers.

11.* Research damaged freight and process claims.

Requirements

Education: High School diploma, or equivalent.

Experience: A minimum of three (3) years customer service experience. Bilingual preferred.

Computer Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
