Direct Counsel is seeking an International Litigation & Arbitration Associate Attorney to join a highly respected Am Law firm.

This is an opportunity to join a premier International Litigation & Arbitration practice handling sophisticated cross-border disputes and high-stakes international matters for a global client base. The group represents clients in complex international arbitrations, commercial disputes, and related proceedings involving multinational companies, sovereign entities, and major financial institutions.
Attorneys in this practice work closely with leading litigators and arbitration practitioners on cutting-edge international disputes in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. The role offers meaningful responsibility, strong mentorship, and exposure to complex matters involving international law, commercial arbitration, and cross-border litigation strategy.
The ideal candidate will have approximately 2–4 years of litigation experience at a leading law firm, with a demonstrated interest in international disputes and arbitration. More senior candidates should have prior experience handling international arbitration matters.
Candidates should possess strong research, writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills, along with the ability to manage sophisticated matters in a team-oriented environment. Strong academic credentials and solid law firm experience are preferred. Judicial clerkship experience is a plus.
Candidates must be admitted to the applicable state bar or eligible to waive in.
The expected base salary range for this position is $235,000 – $310,000, depending on experience and other job-related factors.
