    Description

    International Shipping Coordinator

    Location: Manhattan Beach, CA
    Pay: $27–$28 per hour
    Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday

    Position Overview

    We are seeking an experienced International Shipping Coordinator to oversee global shipments, export documentation, invoicing, and related financial transactions. This role ensures international orders are processed accurately, delivered on time, and compliant with export and import regulations.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Coordinate international shipments from factories and global distribution centers

    • Review and validate shipping documentation (commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates, etc.)

    • Process invoicing and collaborate with Finance to resolve pricing discrepancies

    • Prepare documentation for letters of credit, documentary collections, and wire transfers

    • Track shipment activity to ensure timely delivery

    • Maintain accurate records in internal systems

    • Communicate with customers, freight forwarders, carriers, factories, and cross-functional teams

    • Generate reports and resolve documentation or system discrepancies promptly

    Requirements

    • Minimum 2 years of experience in import/export, international shipping, or order management

    • Demonstrated knowledge of export procedures, freight forwarding, and shipping terminology

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities

    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

    • Comfortable handling high volumes of shipments and documentation

    • Team-oriented with the ability to work independently

    Education & Technical Skills

    • Bachelor’s degree preferred

    • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

    • Experience with inventory, order management, or shipping systems
