International Logistics Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Manage international orders from entry through shipment and delivery.

• Review purchase orders for accuracy, pricing, and shipping requirements.

• Coordinate with Supply Chain, Planning, Inventory, and Warehouse teams to ensure product availability.

• Monitor open orders and communicate delays, shortages, or service issues.

• Process order changes, returns, cancellations, and customer inquiries.

• Track shipments and provide status updates, delivery estimates, and shipping documentation.

• Prepare and review export documentation, including Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Certificates of Origin, Bills of Lading, Export Declarations, and other trade-related documents.

• Ensure compliance with export regulations, customs requirements, Incoterms, and country-specific import/export rules.

• Partner with freight forwarders, brokers, and carriers to support international shipments.

• Serve as the primary contact for assigned international customers and resolve order-related issues.

• Support process improvements, SOP development, ERP enhancements, reporting, and automation initiatives.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in international order management, customer operations, logistics, or export coordination.

• Experience with export documentation and international shipping processes.

• Knowledge of Incoterms, customs regulations, and global transportation practices.

• ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, Sage X3, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).

• Strong Microsoft Excel and Office Suite skills.

• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and customer service.

Job Details

• Schedule: Onsite, Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm

• Employment Type: Permanent

• Compensation: $58,000-$63,500 annually

• Location: Fort Worth, TX 76177
