International Operations & Finance Analyst

Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance plus two years of full-time, post-degree experience in FP&A, business performance, management control and financial / business intelligence analysis. Experience must include: Supporting budgeting, forecasting, or business planning cycles; Building dashboards and reporting packages for executives; Conducting performance analysis supporting operational or commercial decision-making; Working with ERP or financial systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics or equivalent); Working with multi-entity or international business reporting environments; Supporting strategic planning or performance management processes; Exposure to international or multicultural business environments, including familiarity with commercial practices and performance reporting within North / Latin America. Also requires the following technical and functional competencies: Business intelligence and data visualization tools (e.g., Microsoft Power BI or equivalent), including development of executive dashboards and performance reporting; Advanced use of Excel for financial modeling, analysis, and performance tracking; Knowledge of accounting principles (A/R, A/P, Inventory, Payroll, GAAP); Ability to analyze financial and budget data and report to senior management; Ability to prepare financial documents (Balance Sheets, P&L, Budget Reports); Knowledge of international tax, tariffs, and duties compliance; Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and business systems; Strong ability to integrate financial, operational, and commercial data to support business planning and decision-making; Ability to work in international, cross-cultural environments; and willingness to travel a couple of times per year within the U.S.
