International Order Management Specialist<\/b>

<\/div>We are seeking an <\/span>International Order Management Specialist<\/b> to become the primary point of contact for our global distributor network. This position plays a critical role in ensuring international orders are processed accurately; shipments move efficiently across the globe, and export documentation meets all compliance requirements.

<\/div>Salary:<\/b> $50,000 - 55,000 per year depending on experience.
<\/div>What You'll Do<\/b>
<\/div>As our International Order Management Specialist, you'll manage the complete international order process from purchase order through final delivery.
<\/div>Responsibilities include:
<\/div>
- Process international customer orders accurately within our ERP system
<\/li>- Review purchase orders for pricing, quantities, shipping instructions, and accuracy
<\/li>- Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, and Finance to ensure timely order fulfillment
<\/li>- Communicate order status and shipment updates with international distributors
<\/li>- Manage backorders, order revisions, and partial shipments
<\/li>- Obtain international freight quotations and select cost -effective shipping methods
<\/li>- Coordinate shipments with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and carriers
<\/li>- Prepare export documentation including:
<\/li>
- Commercial invoices
<\/li>- Packing lists
<\/li>- Certificates of Origin
<\/li>- Bills of Lading
<\/li>- Air Waybills
<\/li>- AES/EEI filings
<\/li>- Letters of Credit documentation
<\/li><\/ul>- Ensure compliance with U.S. export regulations and destination country import requirements
<\/li>- Determine appropriate HTS classifications
<\/li>- Track shipments and resolve customs or transportation issues
<\/li>- Prepare customer quotations including freight, duties, and insurance
<\/li>- Build strong relationships with international distributor partners
<\/li><\/ul>What We're Looking For<\/b>
<\/div>Required Qualifications<\/b>
<\/div>
- 2+ years of experience in international order management, export coordination, or international logistics
<\/li>- Experience working within an ERP system
<\/li>- Strong understanding of international shipping documentation
<\/li>- Working knowledge of Incoterms
<\/li>- Excellent communication and customer service skills
<\/li>- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
<\/li>- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
<\/li>- Ability to prioritize multiple projects while maintaining accuracy
<\/li><\/ul>Preferred Qualifications<\/b>
<\/div>
- Experience with Letters of Credit
<\/li>- Knowledge of EAR and ITAR regulations
<\/li>- Experience filing AES/EEI
<\/li>- Experience working with freight forwarders and customs brokers
<\/li> Second language skills (Spanish, French, Portuguese, or Mandarin)
