This position is ideal for a detail-oriented patent professional who understands the WIPO system, can independently manage critical deadlines, and has experience working with the USPTO and Patent Center.ResponsibilitiesSupport international and foreign patent prosecution matters using the WIPO systemTrack, calendar, and monitor patent deadlines accurately and proactivelyProcess patent assignments and related documentationReview and respond to notices issued through the USPTO and Patent CenterMaintain accurate and organized matter and docketing recordsFollow up on outstanding items to help ensure deadlines and filing requirements are metQualificationsAt least two years of patent paralegal or patent docketing experienceWorking knowledge of WIPO procedures and foreign patent prosecutionFamiliarity with USPTO requirements and Patent CenterExperience tracking deadlines and maintaining detailed patent recordsStrong attention to detail, organization, and follow-throughAbility to work independently and manage time-sensitive responsibilitiesThis is a part-time opportunity requiring approximately 20 hours per month.
