Job Title: International Shipping & Logistics Coordinator
Compensation: $30 - $40/hour, depending on experience
Location: Sunnyvale, CA
Hours: Full‑time (40 hours/week)

Job Details

We are seeking an International Shipping & Logistics Coordinator with hands-on experience supporting global freight operations, international shipments, shipping documentation, and logistics coordination. The ideal candidate will have experience navigating international shipping processes, preparing export documentation, coordinating with freight forwarders and carriers, and supporting import/export activities within a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate domestic and international shipments through freight providers, DHL, FedEx, UPS, and other carriers
• Prepare and process commercial invoices, packing lists, Bills of Lading, and export documentation
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, carriers, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely shipment delivery
• Support import/export activities and ensure shipping documentation is complete and accurate
• Assist with customs-related documentation and international shipment requirements
• Track international shipments and resolve logistics issues, shipment delays, and documentation discrepancies
• Process shipping, receiving, inventory, and material transactions within ERP systems
• Support inventory accuracy through cycle counts and inventory audits
• Partner with manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain teams to ensure materials move efficiently throughout the organization
• Maintain compliance with shipping procedures and logistics best practices

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in shipping, logistics, freight coordination, or international transportation
• Hands-on experience supporting international freight shipments and global logistics activities
• Experience preparing or managing commercial invoices, packing lists, Bills of Lading, and export documentation
• Experience coordinating with freight forwarders, customs brokers, or global logistics providers
• Familiarity with import/export processes and international shipping requirements
• ERP experience required; NetSuite, SAP, QAD, Oracle, or similar systems preferred
• Experience within electronics manufacturing, semiconductor, hardware, medical device, or similar manufacturing environments preferred
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple shipments and priorities in a fast-paced environment
