    Responsibilities include:

    • Collaborating with analysts and portfolio managers in a high-performing, results-oriented investment environment.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

    • Multiple years of investment research experience, preferably in international equities, global equities, or small-cap investing.

    • Demonstrated passion for investing, stock picking, and fundamental research. Strong ownership mentality, work ethic, and commitment to investment excellence.

    • Exceptional analytical, financial modeling, and communication skills. Ability to think independently and adapt as new information emerges.

    • Strong business judgment, intellectual curiosity, and pattern recognition abilities.

    • Confidence and maturity to engage with senior management teams.

    The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a passionate investor who thrives on uncovering underfollowed companies, developing differentiated perspectives, and generating ideas that positively impact portfolio performance. They combine rigorous analytical skills with intellectual curiosity, and independent thinking.

Most importantly, they are motivated by the pursuit of investment excellence and a desire to deliver strong outcomes for clients.

The Equity team relies on its proprietary research, disciplined portfolio management, and sophisticated trading process to evaluate, construct, and manage investment portfolios and deliver superior long-term results.

    Fidelity’s Onsite Working Model
Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues. This transition does not apply to fully remote roles.

The base salary range for this position is $150,000 - $250,000 per year.

Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.

Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
