Bunzl International Services (BIS) plays a critical role in managing global sourcing, trade compliance, logistics, and supplier management across Bunzl's international supply chain network.
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Associate - International Supply Chain Analyst to join the Bunzl International Services (BIS) team. This entry-level role is designed to provide broad exposure to global supply chain operations through hands-on involvement in a variety of operational, analytical, and compliance-related activities.
This is a dynamic, project-based role where the individual will support multiple functional areas across BIS on an as-needed basis. The position offers an opportunity to develop foundational knowledge of international trade, logistics, and compliance while contributing to day-to-day operations and key initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Support day-to-day international supply chain operations across customs, logistics, compliance, and customer service activities
- Assist with preparation and validation of customs documentation to ensure accurate and timely import processes
- Audit freight invoices and logistics charges, identifying discrepancies and supporting resolution with internal teams and external partners
- Monitor and track international shipments, providing status updates and helping resolve delivery or documentation issues
- Review third-party factory audit reports and supplier documentation to identify potential compliance risks and escalate findings as needed
- Respond to internal and external inquiries related to international orders, shipments, and required documentation
- Perform data entry, analysis, and reconciliation across systems to support accurate reporting and operational execution
- Assist with supplier coordination, including follow-up on documentation, audit results, and compliance-related requirements
- Support development of reports and analyses related to freight trends, supplier performance, and operational metrics
- Participate in cross-functional and ad hoc projects, gaining exposure to multiple areas within Bunzl International Services

- Build business acumen and understanding of Bunzl's operating model and global supply chain
- Develop awareness of evolving international trade regulations and product compliance requirements
- Gain exposure to supplier compliance programs, factory audits, and global sourcing practices
- Strengthen analytical and problem-solving skills through hands-on operational and project-based work
- Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiencies across BIS
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, International Business, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general data analysis
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Interest in international trade, logistics, and supply chain operations
