Job Description
Als International Tax Manager (m/w/d) bist du ein zentraler Bestandteil unseres europäischen Steuerteams und gestaltest aktiv unsere internationale Steuerstrategie. Du arbeitest eng mit Finance, Legal und dem Business zusammen und bringst deine Expertise in Themen wie Tax Accounting, Compliance, M&A und globale Steuerinitiativen (z. B. Pillar 2) ein.
Du übernimmst Verantwortung, treibst Themen proaktiv voran und agierst als echter Business Partner - nicht nur als Berater.
Deine Aufgaben:
Verantwortung für Tax Accounting & Reporting (ASC 740)
Steuerung von Tax Compliance und internationalen Steuerprozessen
Betreuung von Transfer Pricing Themen (CbCR, Master/Local Files)
Unterstützung bei M&A-Projekten und globalen Initiativen (z. B. Pillar II)
Ansprechpartner für internationale Finance-Teams
Dein Profil:
Studium mit Schwerpunkt Steuern/Finanzen (StB von Vorteil)
~7+ Jahre Erfahrung im internationalen Steuerbereich
Fundierte Kenntnisse in Tax Accounting & Compliance
Erfahrung mit ASC 740
Sehr gute Deutsch- & Englischkenntnisse
