Advise multinational clients on global tax implications, coordinating U.S. and foreign law to optimize strategies. Consult on cross-border structuring, tax treaties, offshore investment, and repatriation strategies. Structure inbound investments for foreign entities, including U.S. withholding, treaty planning, and FIRPTA considerations. Manage engagement budgets, objectives, resources, billing, and performance. Identify risks and provide solutions to complex tax issues. Mentor, develop, and manage staff, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment. Support practice development and contribute to client relationship-building efforts. Educate clients and team members on international tax developments. Stay current on global tax regulations and best practices.Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Master’s in Taxation or LLM preferred. CPA and/or JD required; LLM in Taxation is a plus. 7+ years of progressive international tax experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Strong expertise in outbound/inbound transactions, transfer pricing, foreign tax credits, and tax minimization. Ability to manage multiple engagements and meet deadlines effectively. Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
