International Trade Compliance Coordinator

OVERVIEW

The International Trade Compliance Coordinator is responsible for reviewing and processing requests related to international trade activities, including reviewing international sales orders to identify export compliance requirements and obtaining U.S. export licenses, when applicable. Collaborate with team members to support continuous improvement initiatives related to U.S. export compliance.

RESPONSIBLITIES

• Review and approve export orders
• Review and approve non-US Person visitor requests
• Review and approve travel requests
• Review and approve international travel requests
• Maintain export records according to company policy
• Apply for and monitor license applications
• Decrement and export licenses
• Maintain accurate recordkeeping
• Compile reports from various ERP systems
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives
• Participation and support internal audits
• Perform denied party screening

QUALIFICATIONS

• High School degree or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree in International Business or related field a plus
• Experience with export compliance exposure a plus
• 1-3 years of experience in manufacturing industry a plus
• Experience in Microsoft D365 and Microsoft AX ERP platforms a plus

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES

• Close attention to detail
• High learning agility with a demonstrated ability to learn and apply new skills.
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
• Ability and willingness for occasional business travel, domestically and internationally
