International Travel Coordinator

We are seeking individuals interested in helping travelers plan international vacations and multi-destination experiences.

As an International Travel Coordinator, you'll research destinations and organize the many components involved in international travel while helping clients create trips that fit their interests and budget.

Responsibilities:

• Research international destinations, accommodations, and transportation
• Compare vacation packages and travel options
• Coordinate multi-city and multi-destination itineraries
• Research tours, activities, transfers, and excursions
• Prepare organized quotes and travel plans
• Communicate important booking details and travel requirements
• Stay informed about destinations and supplier offerings

• Excellent research and organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail

• Comfortable learning booking platforms and online tools
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines

Basic Requirements:

• Must reside in US, LATAM, Australia, UK or EU
• Have reliable internet access

Prior professional travel experience is not required. Training, supplier education, resources, and team support are available.
