Are you an experienced Business Development Manager ready to drive growth and customer engagement for a thriving, high-volume foreign car dealership? We’re looking for a motivated and results-driven professional to lead our BDC team to new heights.

About the Role:

As the Automotive BDC Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations of our Business Development Center. You’ll work to maximize sales opportunities by driving customer appointments, enhancing communication strategies, and fostering a high-performing team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to increase customer engagement, appointments, and sales.
  • Manage and train a team of BDC representatives to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Be consistently available to support, guide, and manage the team to ensure optimal performance.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the sales and service departments to ensure seamless lead-handling processes.
  • Maintain high standards of communication across phone, email, text, and video channels.
  • Leverage video technology as a key tool to engage leads, explain processes, and enhance the customer experience.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in automotive BDC management or similar leadership roles.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM systems and dealership processes.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and implement solutions.
  • Passion for customer service and a track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
  • Must be comfortable using video as part of the customer communication and sales process.
