Conicelli Autoplex is seeking motivated, customer-focused individuals to join our Business Development Center (BDC) as an Internet Sales Assistant. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop valuable sales, communication, and customer service skills while building a long-term career with a family-owned organization that promotes from within.
As an Internet Sales Assistant, you'll be the first point of contact for many of our customers, helping them navigate their vehicle shopping experience and connecting them with our sales team. You'll represent Toyota, Honda, Nissan, Hyundai, Genesis, and one of the area's largest selections of quality pre-owned vehicles.
Schedule
- Full-Time Position
- 40-Hour Work Week
- 8-Hour Shifts
- Includes 2 Evening Shifts Per Week
- 2 Saturdays Per Month Required
Compensation
- Hourly + Commission
- Guaranteed Base Pay of $15 Per Hour
- Earning Potential of $25+ Per Hour with Bonuses and Commissions
- Additional Sales Incentives and Performance Bonuses Available

Responsibilities
- Manage inbound sales calls and customer inquiries
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers
- Respond to internet leads, online chats, and text inquiries
- Build rapport and identify customer vehicle needs
- Follow up promptly and professionally through phone, email, and text
- Schedule and confirm qualified showroom appointments
- Coordinate customer information and expectations with the sales team
- Maintain accurate customer records and CRM activity
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the shopping process
Qualifications
- Automotive experience is helpful but not required
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Positive, professional, and outgoing personality
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, email, and text platforms
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
