Malloy Chevrolet of Charlottesville is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Internet Sales Associate to join our dealership’s sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for responding to online leads, scheduling appointments, and guiding customers through a smooth and professional buying experience. Respond promptly to internet leads, phone inquiries, and chat messages
Build rapport with customers through email, phone, and text communication
Set and confirm appointments for customers to visit the dealership
Maintain CRM records with accurate and detailed notes
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless customer handoffs
Follow up on unsold leads and develop long-term customer relationships
Meet and exceed dealership goals for appointments and conversions
Prior internet or automotive sales experience preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong computer and CRM proficiency
Friendly, professional, and customer-focused demeanor
Highly organized and self-motivated
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
