Internet Sales Associate – Automotive

Vallejo Hyundai is looking for a motivated, energetic, and customer-focused Internet Sales Associate to join our growing sales team. We are seeking someone who is comfortable working with customers by phone, text, email, and online while creating appointments and turning internet leads into vehicle sales.

Responsibilities

• Respond quickly and professionally to internet leads
• Communicate with customers by phone, text, and email
• Set, confirm, and follow up on sales appointments
• Maintain consistent follow-up with unsold customers
• Work all assigned leads and opportunities inside the CRM
• Keep detailed and accurate CRM notes
• Assist customers with vehicle availability, pricing, financing, and general questions
• Build relationships with customers and provide an excellent buying experience
• Conduct product presentations and vehicle demonstrations
• Work closely with sales managers to maximize appointments, showroom traffic, and sales
• Follow dealership processes for lead management and customer follow-up
• Meet monthly appointment, show, and sales goals

Qualifications

• Automotive sales or internet sales experience preferred
• Strong phone, text, and email communication skills
• CRM experience is a must
• Ability to manage a high volume of leads and follow-up activity
• Highly organized with strong time-management skills
• Competitive, motivated, and results-driven
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced dealership environment
• Strong customer-service skills
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
• Must be available to work weekends and a flexible dealership schedule
