Job Summary: As the BDC Sales Manager at Conicelli Autoplex, you will be integral in driving the success of our Centralized BDC. Leading a team of 8-12 Internet Sales Assistants and working alongside two other BDC Managers, you will ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly and provide exceptional service to our customers. You'll be responsible for coaching staff, managing leads and calls, and using data to drive performance improvements. This role requires a balance of management, development, and administrative skills, all while fostering a results-oriented, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Management:

• Collaborate with 2 other BDC Managers to lead and mentor a team of 8-12 Internet Sales Assistants.
• Oversee daily operations including internet leads, phone traffic, appointments, and CRM data.
• Assist with challenging customer concerns and ensure effective handling.
• Set goals, track progress, and provide guidance to achieve targets.
• Align with GSMs on monthly objectives, inventory priorities, incentives, and BDC performance initiatives.
• Report on productivity and identify areas for improvement.

Development:

• Coach and train staff in customer communication, CRM usage, and sales techniques.
• Develop training programs for new hires and current staff.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide targeted coaching.

Administration:

• Manage employee schedules, time clocks, and payroll.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Advanced CRM and technology proficiency.
• Excellent leadership, coaching, and organizational abilities.
• Analytical thinking and adaptability.
• Automotive experience is a plus but not a requirement. Call Center or Business Development Center Management experience is recommended.
