What You'll Do

• Respond quickly to internet leads, phone calls, text messages, and online inquiries.
• Build relationships with customers and guide them through the vehicle buying process.
• Schedule appointments and follow up with prospective buyers.
• Maintain accurate customer information in our CRM.
• Work closely with the sales team to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
• Meet and exceed individual sales and customer satisfaction goals.

What We're Looking For

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Comfortable using computers, email, and CRM software.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
