Internet Sales Director – Lead the Charge at Team Karl Malone

As our Internet Director, you won’t just manage—you’ll lead from the front, develop a team of killers, and own the entire online sales pipeline from first click to final signature.

What You’ll Do

• Lead, train, and motivate a team of 10 internet sales professionals
• Drive daily follow-up strategy—no lead left behind, no opportunity missed
• Take full ownership of deal acquisition from digital channels
• Work inside Dealer Daily like a pro—tracking, managing, and closing deals efficiently
• Monitor performance, hold accountability, and push your team to hit and exceed targets
• Ensure fast, professional responses to all inbound leads (calls, texts, emails)
• Build a culture of urgency, energy, and winning
• Collaborate with sales management to maximize conversions and profitability

What We’re Looking For

• Previous Toyota experience is a MUST (you know the systems, the process, and the pace)
• Proven ability to lead and develop a team
• Strong understanding of Dealer Daily and digital deal flow
• Obsessed with follow-up, structure, and closing deals
• High-energy, competitive mindset with a passion for winning
• Strong communication skills—both with your team and your customers
• Ability to track metrics, adjust strategy, and execute daily
