Internet Sales Manager

Jay Auto Group is seeking an experienced, professional Internet Sales Manager to join our team.

This position is responsible for managing customer inquiries, maintaining a healthy and organized CRM, and ensuring all leads are properly followed up as needed, with a primary focus on internet sales leads. 

Responsibilities

• Respond to internet sales leads by phone, text, and email
• Build rapport and maintain professional customer communication
• Manage and maintain a clean, accurate CRM
• Ensure leads, tasks, notes, and follow-up are properly documented and completed
• Schedule and confirm appointments
• Follow up with current and past opportunities as needed
• Work closely with sales and management teams
• Follow established lead-management processes

Qualifications

• Previous sales, BDC, customer service, or automotive experience preferred
• Strong communication and phone skills
• Professional, organized, and dependable
• Strong computer and CRM skills
• Comfortable managing multiple customers and follow-up tasks
• Self-motivated, coachable, and results-driven
