We are seeking full-time men and women with sales experience for our Customer Assistance Center / Internet Sales Department.
Responsibilities include managing sales calls, responding to internet inquiries, operating live chat, making satisfaction calls, handling customer concerns, and supporting the sales team. The role requires strong communication, organization, multitasking, and internet skills, along with a positive attitude and a good phone voice.
