Now Hiring- Experienced Internet Sales / Sales Representative

• Pay: $48,200.00 - $158,700.00 annually
• 60- or 90-day guarantee: Added income stability while you get established in the role
• Schedule: 5-day work week with 2 rotating days off.
• Department Hours: Monday-Saturday: 9am-8pm and Sunday: 10am-7pm.

What You'll Do

• Respond quickly to incoming internet leads, calls, chats, and emails.
• Convert sales leads into confirmed appointments and follow up with prospective customers.
• Document customer interactions, appointments, and follow-up activity in the dealership CRM.
• Present new and pre-owned vehicles, explain features and promotions, and conduct test drives.
• Guide customers through the sales process from initial contact through vehicle purchase and delivery.

What You'll Bring

• 2+ years of automotive dealership sales experience required.
• Respond to customers and complete follow-up tasks promptly.
• Explain vehicle, pricing, and purchase information.
• Complete basic pricing and payment calculations.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.

Total Rewards

The California annual pay range for this position is $48,200.00 - $158,700.00. This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes commissions off Individual Payable Gross and/or bonuses based off Individual Units Sold, Manufacturer Approvability. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
