Job Title: Internet/Web Engineer – Consultant (Power Platform Developer) (9948)
Work Location: Cayce, SC 29033 (Hybrid – 4 Days Onsite, 1 Day Remote)
Duration: 12 Months (Possible Extension)
Interview Process: One Round – Virtual
Candidate Location Requirement: Must currently reside in the Eastern Time Zone and be willing to relocate to South Carolina prior to start date at own expense

Daily Duties & Responsibilities
  • Design and build low-code applications using Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven)
  • Develop and customize Dynamics 365 applications (Customer Service, Field Service, Finance & Operations)
  • Automate workflows and approvals using Power Automate
  • Develop and manage C# plugins and custom workflows
  • Implement JavaScript form scripting
  • Perform integrations using REST APIs, Azure Functions, SharePoint, ERP/CRM systems
  • Configure Dataverse tables, relationships, business rules
  • Implement role-based security and field security profiles
  • Develop dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI
  • Manage Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) and deployments
  • Support production deployments and post go-live enhancements
  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Maintain system documentation and follow agency IT security policies
  • Ensure compliance with NIST, FISMA, and SC InfoSec standards
  • Provide technical guidance to project teams
  • Respond to user issues and ticketing requests
Required Skills (Ranked)
  • 3+ Years of Experience with Power Apps (Canvas + Model-Driven)
  • 3+ Years of Experience with Power Automate
  • 3+ Years of Experience with Dataverse Tables, relationships, business rules, security roles & row-level security
  • 3+ Years of Experience with Dynamics 365
  • 5+ Years of Experience with Scripting – PowerShell, JavaScript, C#
  • 5+ Years of Experience with Integrations using REST APIs, custom connectors, SharePoint
  • 3+ Years of Experience with Power BI
  • 3+ Years of Experience with Azure DevOps
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with CDC, HIPAA, CJIS security & data classification standards

Education Requirements
