PAG Interns receive the opportunity to obtain hands-on experience within each department of the dealership thereby gaining insight of the automotive industry. The Intern will have the chance to work in all departments throughout the market including Sales, Accounting, Finance, Service, and Human Resources.
Pay for this position is $18.00 per hour.
WHAT WE HAVE TO OFFER Full-time 10-week paid internship available to College Juniors and Seniors. Gain comprehensive knowledge of automotive dealership departments, people, and processes. Practical hands-on experience within each department of the dealership, including Sales, Service Department, and Business Office. Work closely with Department Managers or General Manager for additional training support and development.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Junior or Senior undergraduate standing graduate students and recent graduates considered. Excellent research, writing, and communication skills. Sincere desire to work in automotive retail. Ability to produce results in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. Genuine interest in providing an exceptional customer experience. Friendliness, enthusiasm, reliability, with a positive team-player attitude. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Strong work-ethic with the ability to work in a fast-paced results-driven environment.
