The Land Development Business Unit is seeking a Civil Engineering Intern in Spokane, WA.

This position will support our Land Development Business Unit with engineering and office-related tasks.


Successful candidates will work on multidiscipline projects performing independent engineering calculations and design using specialized technical skills, experience, and engineering judgment to transform concept designs into construction drawings and technical specifications.


What You'll Do

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate projects with supervisors, project managers, and firm staff
  • Incorporate design and layout information from design staff into construction drawings
  • Develop, prepare, and analyze preliminary and final AutoCAD and Civil 3D plans
  • Review and analyze maps, reports, drawings, asbuilt documents, and testing results for design projects
  • Provide projectspecific technical information to the Project Manager for inclusion in project specifications

What You Bring

Required Qualifications:

  • Applicants must be in the pursuit of an undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering, with at least 2+ years of completed course work
  • Ability to communicate and work in a team-oriented environment
