As an intern in the NAM 3DEXPERIENCE Education group, you will play a pivotal role within our Work Force of the Future team for transformation and adoption. Your mission is to facilitate the upskilling of faculty members, teaching assistants, and researchers, empowering them to seamlessly integrate 3DEXPERIENCE into their academic and research activities.
This position offers a unique opportunity to bridge the gap between current educational practices in diverse scientific domains like design engineering, manufacturing engineering, construction management, life science, and/or architecture with the cutting-edge capabilities of 3DEXPERIENCE, enhancing knowledge and know-how landscape.
Analyze gaps: conduct assessments to identify gaps in current academic and research practices related to the adoption of 3DEXPERIENCE, documenting findings and communicating them.
Support upskilling: assist in the development and implementation of programs designed to enhance the proficiency of faculty, teaching assistants, and researchers in utilizing 3DEXPERIENCE for educational and research purposes.
Transform and empower: leverage existing educational materials and best practices. Collaborate with experts to create or adapt content that aligns with academic programs and research initiatives, ensuring relevancy and applicability.
Create material: design and modify training and deployment materials, including documentation and videos, to facilitate a comprehensive and rigorous learning experience for 3DEXPERIENCE users in education.
Transfer skills and support: provide support to users, via skills transfer, guidance on existing processes, and promote technical expertise to foster a proficient 3DEXPERIENCE user community.
Communicate and collaborate: work closely with team members to ensure alignment with broader educational initiatives, effectively communicate proposals and deliverables, and contribute to the deployment and support stages of 3DEXPERIENCE integration.
Qualifications
Active enrollment in a Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD program in Mechanical/Aerospace/BioMechanical Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. Experience in product design and development, manufacturing, or a similar field is advantageous.
Proficiency in 3D modeling (CATIA or SOLIDWORKS preferred) and design.
Familiarity with 3DEXPERIENCE and an interest in business development or technology management.
Capabilities in creating and editing content are desirable.
A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0, along with polished interpersonal skills, self-motivation, and professionalism.
Highly organized, with a proven ability to work autonomously, ask insightful questions, and engage in meaningful development discussions.
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
