About the Opportunity

First Commerce Credit Union is seeking motivated and enthusiastic interns to gain hands-on experience in a professional work environment. This paid internship program provides students and emerging professionals the opportunity to explore careers across a variety of support services departments while contributing to meaningful projects and day-to-day operations.

We welcome applicants from all fields of study and encourage individuals who are eager to learn, develop professional skills, and gain real-world experience in a collaborative workplace.

Internship opportunities may be available in departments such as Human Resources, Marketing, Accounting, Information Technology, Training, Risk Management, and other support areas throughout the organization.

What You'll Do

Responsibilities will vary depending on departmental placement but may include:

• Assisting with daily administrative and operational tasks
• Supporting department projects and initiatives
• Conducting research and compiling information
• Preparing reports, presentations, and other materials
• Assisting with data entry and record maintenance
• Participating in team meetings and collaborative activities
• Learning department-specific functions and business processes
• Providing support to team members as needed

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a technical school, college, or university program
• Interest in gaining professional workplace experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Willingness to learn and take initiative

• Internship length and hours will be determined based on business needs and candidate availability
