This role will focus on analyzing and understanding data throughout the employee lifecycle, including aspects across recruiting, performance, compensation, mobility, and attrition at Tesla. The ideal candidate will be curious and show analytical rigor in their work, with the ability to turn data into clear, actionable insights for non-technical audiences.
