This role will focus on analyzing existing workflows, developing Python-based tools or scripts, and helping automate manual or repetitive processes. The intern will work closely with engineering and operations stakeholders and gain real-world experience improving business efficiency through data and automation.MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIESAnalyze current business and operational processes to identify inefficienciesDevelop Python scripts or small applications to automate manual tasksAssist with data collection, cleanup, analysis, and visualizationBuild dashboards, reports, or tools to support decision-makingCollaborate with engineers, facilities teams, and business partnersPresent findings and recommendations to stakeholdersMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSIn pursuit of an Associate, Bachelor or Graduate degree at an Accredited Institution with current class standing of Sophomore or above.Minimum cumulative 2.8 GPA is required.A transcript is required upon application.PREFERRED SKILLS & KNOWLEDGEWorking knowledge of PythonStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to break down complex processes into logical stepsClear written and verbal communication skillsPreferred majors include: Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or similar.Please note the following:This internship will be an in‑person experience, based in our Orlando offices.Interns must be currently pursuing a degree at an accredited university, and must have a graduation date later than April 2027.Universal Orlando does not provide housing.
