Product & Field Feedback: Systematically collect and analyze customer requirements and feedback. Academic RequirementsDegree: Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field. Relevant Coursework/Projects: Knowledge of 5G protocols, NTN, O-RAN standards, and broadband technologies. Hands-on experience with 5G products, Wi-Fi routers, IoT platforms, and network diagnostics.
