Key Responsibilities
Participate in a structured rotational program across IT, Business Development, and Recruitment functions
Observe and assist in day-to-day operations under the guidance of assigned mentors

Attend learning sessions, team meetings, and knowledge-sharing workshops
Maintain documentation and reports as required during the training program
