We are looking for a highly motivated Technical Recruiter to support Tesla's Internship hiring efforts. Areas you may be responsible for include teams under our Vehicle Engineering Department. Client management will exist at the manager and senior manager level. There will be opportunities to contribute to the development of our campus brand and how we share the story. You will participate and lead workshops as part of our program's learning roadmap curriculum. You will partner with the leadership to identify how we leverage and obtain resources for a next level program.

We are seeking a creative thinker who takes a non-traditional approach to identifying excellent talent and has a deep-seated passion for Tesla's mission to accelerate the world's transition to sustainable energy.

The successful candidate will have outstanding communication skills, be self-motivated, hold themselves accountable, have a willingness and drive to manage a demanding workload, strong presentation skills, and experience working successfully in a team environment. Comfortable communicating with all levels of stakeholder.

  • Manage a high volume of clients and requisitions at high touch; review resumes, conduct searches, and pre-screen candidates daily

  • Deeply understand each roles' requirements & how it fits into the organization

  • Collaborate with recruiters and management to identify hiring needs

  • Partner with full-time recruiters to ensure a cohesive conversion process for high performing interns

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates through clear and consistent communication

  • Create excellent onboarding and interview experience for new candidates

  • 1-3 years of Recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment, supporting a variety of disciplines

  • Experience hiring 20+ individuals per season

  • A sense of urgency, ability to multi-task and strong-organizational skills

  • Experience sourcing and interviewing candidates through multiple channels

  • Experience working with and maintaining accurate documentation in an ATS

  • Ability to travel across North America and if needed to international campus events and locations
