We are seeking the next internship class for the Summer of 2027! This hands-on award-winning program offers current college students the opportunity to gain real-world experience in the commercial construction industry while contributing to our company's mission. Throughout the summer, you will embark on a rotational internship program where you will spend multiple weeks throughout various departments of interest. We are offering experiences in positions such as Project Engineering, Project Management, Surveying, Estimating, Superintendent, Field Leadership, BIM/CAD, Construction Technology, and more! Duties and Responsibilities vary by field and/or placement in the program.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or higher degree program in Safety Management, Engineering, or a related field from an accredited university.
• Demonstrated record of strong academic performance and commitment to excellence in coursework
• OSHA 30-hour training preferred for Safety Internship
• Demonstrated communication and problem-solving skills through coursework or previous work experience
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Openness to learn and try new things

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to identify and assess potential safety hazards (Safety)
• Possess proficient communication skills
• Awareness of common problem-solving tactics
