You will be introduced to modern engineering practices and strategies in addition to career counseling and professional development opportunities.
Our forward-looking technology department will provide you with valuable learning opportunities as you share ideas, creativity, and curiosity to maximize your experience. The experience will include:
Participation in 'modern engineering' concepts, including AI Incorporation, Human Centered Design, and Product Innovation. Contributing to technology transformation strategies. Use of Agile Development Methodology. An understanding of departments that work in tandem with technology. Uncovering drivers for positive corporate culture and enhanced communication throughout the organization. Professional development through peer counseling, mentorship, and corporate leadership interactions.
Program Overview:
10 week paid assignment. In-person orientation on Day 1, including a tour of the site, overview of the company, and welcome message from senior leaders. Professional development from dedicated program manager and peer mentors. Small, selective program that allows for more focused attention and support. Interaction with leaders across multiple business units and departments. Resume review and LinkedIn clinic.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors in progress in Computer Science or related field. Some technology-centric coursework completed.
Preferred Qualifications:
Sound analytical and critical thinking skills with a strategic mindset. Basic understanding of software development methodology. Microsoft Office skills, including MS Word and Excel. Strong oral and written communication skills. Curious, self-motivated spirit. Self-motivated individual who is focused and results oriented.
Compensation:
The compensation range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00 hourly. The base pay actually offered will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, location, experience, and take into account internal equity.
