Submit your application as soon as possible.Spring 2027 Program Dates: Approximately January 2027–April 2027.Job SummaryThis role provides support to the legal/contracts team by drafting various contract documents, proofing documents, tracking compliance with contract and partnership agreements, and researching legal-related questions. The role may also support other areas of the Creative Legal team, including clearance, business affairs, technology transactions, content protection, master agreements, training, and process improvement. The purpose is to gain exposure to the various facets of a corporate contracts/legal team in a project environment.Major ResponsibilitiesDraft and proof various agreements and contract documents under the direction of Sr. Attorney and Sr. Director of Legal Affairs.Assist in compliance tracking and follow-up related to an array of matters as needed.Research legal-related matters as directed by the Sr. Attorney or Sr. Director of Legal Affairs.Assist with various department initiatives.Assist with other legal-related tasks assigned by other legal department leaders.Understands and actively participates in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy, procedures, training, and Team Member involvement activities.Perform other duties as assigned.Minimum QualificationsIn pursuit of an Associate, Bachelor, or Graduate degree at an accredited institution with current class standing of Junior or above.Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.8 required.A transcript required upon application.Required Skills & KnowledgeJuris Doctorate candidate in 2L or 3L year during the spring 2027 program.Please NoteThis internship will be an in-person experience based in our Orlando offices.Interns must be currently pursuing a degree at an accredited university and have a graduation date later than April 2027.Universal Orlando does not provide housing; interns are responsible for their own housing and transportation.All internships are paid, and you may also qualify for housing financial assistance if applicable.
