The program offers supervised, practical experience within a specific area of ministry, allowing interns to apply classroom learning in a real-world church setting. Interns will have opportunities for intentional leadership development, while also gaining exposure to the daily rhythms and responsibilities of ministry life._______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________What You’ll DoEach internship position is tailored to the individual goals of the person participating in the internship.

• Summer internship positions are designed to support seasonal programming while also providing intentional experience within a specific ministry area.
• School-year internships may offer a broader overview of ministry, including administrative responsibilities, event planning, team-based ministry experiences, volunteer development, and program planning and implementation.
