HOURS: 8 Hours/Day

Primary Evaluator for the following positions: Director of Pupil Personnel

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Associate''s degree or equivalent
• Must meet district hiring requirements

GENERAL DESCRIPTION:

• Help students to achieve their greatest potential

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collaborate with colleagues
• Supervise and/or work with students both individually and in small groups as directed by teacher
• Assist in preparing an/or duplicating classroom materials
• Act as liaison for District, community, staff, students and parents with tact and diplomacy
• Demonstrate knowledge of subject matter and present clear complete an accurate explanations utilizing a variety of instructional techniques and media suitable to the level of learners
• Provide recommendations for appropriate intervention for qualifying students
• Communicate and work closely with the regular classroom teachers while developing each students intervention program
• Maintain respect at all times for confidential information e.g., student records
• Regularly communicate with parents and administrators
• Ability to communicate ideas and directives clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing
