The Marshfield School District is seeking a reliable and professional Spanish Interpreter to support communication between school staff and Spanish-speaking students and families. This is an occasional, on-call position based on district needs, including school meetings, parent-teacher conferences, enrollment appointments, and other scheduled events.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide accurate, confidential, and culturally sensitive interpretation between English and Spanish for students, families, and school staff
Interpret in various settings such as IEP meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and phone calls
Facilitate clear communication while maintaining professionalism and neutrality
Support written communication as needed (e.g., translating brief documents or forms)
