The Interra Trainee program is a full-immersion experience in global food operations and supply chain. You'll work alongside experienced traders, logistics specialists, and operations leads - learning how ingredients move from origin to customer and playing an active role in making that happen.
This isn't a shadowing program. From day one, you'll be contributing to real projects, building real relationships, and developing the instincts that define great operators in the food industry.
• Learn the full arc of the supply chain - from sourcing and procurement through logistics, documentation, and customer delivery
• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, freight partners, and internal teams
• Support day-to-day trade operations including contract management, shipment tracking, and issue resolution
• Collaborate across departments to streamline processes and improve how we work
• Identify opportunities to do things better and bring your ideas to the table - we want to hear them
• Develop a deep understanding of global commodity markets, food regulations, and trade flows
• Represent Interra's values in every interaction: integrity, curiosity, and care

A bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, international trade, food science, or a related field is preferred. Fluency in a second language is a plus.
