Summary/Objective:

The Interterritorial Sales Administrator will be responsible for communicating with outside dealer partners with incoming service deals. They will be reviewing new ITT proposals and ensure RJY is profitable along with tracking current orders. Heavy communication between RJY warehouses and outside dealer partners will be apart of a day-to-day basis.

Essential Functions:

  • Check & respond to emails daily concerning new and current ITT orders
  • Review/sign new ITT proposals from other dealer partners requesting our service and ensuring RJY is profitable
  • Conflict management with dealers and RJY warehouse teams
  • Enter new orders into our systems & keeping Sharepoint files up to date

  • This job operates in a relaxed and productive atmosphere, with open and honest communication.
  • This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, copiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:

  • Full-time position with flex hours between 7-4, 8-5, and 9-6.

Travel:

  • Minimal travel is expected for this role. Opportunity for seminars, etc.

Education and Experience:

  • Experience in sales is preferred, but not required.
  • Bachelors degree is preferred, but not required.
