Intervention Specialist (Special Education Teacher)

Full-Time | In-Person- $40-$50 an hour based on experience
Navra Education is seeking dedicated Intervention Specialists to support students across the Cincinatti area for the 2026–2027 school year. We partner with exceptional educators who are passionate about making a difference and helping students achieve academic, social, and behavioral success.
Position Details
• Full-Time, Monday–Friday
• Elementary, Middle School, and High School opportunities available
• Resource, Inclusion, Self-Contained, and Specialized Program settings

Responsibilities
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Provide specialized instruction to students with diverse learning needs
• Adapt curriculum and instructional strategies to support student success
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, administrators, and families
• Monitor student progress and maintain compliance documentation
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team planning
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
Qualifications
• Active Ohio Intervention Specialist License or ability to obtain licensure
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Passion for supporting students with disabilities
• Experience in special education settings preferred
