Job Details *two positions*: Intervention Specialist - English Resource- High School
- Supports English classrooms at the high school level
- 36 hours per week
- Intervention Specialist - Resource Room (ELA)
- High School
- English Language Arts Resource Room
- 36 hours per week
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and deliver lesson plans with the ability to modify accordingly during the school year
- Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of all students
- Utilize school approved curricula that reflects the diverse educational, cultural, and linguistic backgrounds of the students
- Communicate and meet with families regarding the academic and social-emotional growth of their child
- Incorporate technology skills into daily classroom practice to support learning
- techniques as needed.
Qualifications:- Bachelor s Degree from an accredited four-year college or university
- Current Ohio Special Education Intervention Specialist License
- Experience with writing IEPs, progress monitoring, progress reporting & data collection
- Experience with participating in ETR meetings and writing ETR part 1
