\nRole Description The Intervention Specialist is a contract role based on-site in Evanston, IL, supporting children with developmental, behavioral, and learning needs. In this role, the specialist provides direct intervention services, implements individualized plans, and collects data on progress to inform instructional decisions. Daily responsibilities include engaging children in structured literacy intervention. The specialist will apply evidence-based practices, monitor behavior and learning, and adjust strategies to meet each child’s unique needs. The position requires consistent documentation, minimal communication with caregivers.
