Intervention Specialist - Full-Time - $42-$45/hr
Therapy Source is seeking a full-time Intervention Specialist to provide in-person services in a charter high school setting for the current school year. This role supports students in both academic and Career & Technical Education (CTE) programs.
Position Details
• Full-Time
• 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM (30-minute lunch)
• In-person services
• Charter high school environment
• Current school year assignment
Qualifications
Qualifications
• Valid Ohio Intervention Specialist license (Resident Educator, Professional, Senior, or Lead)
• School certification in Ohio
• Current clearances (or willingness to obtain)
• Individual professional liability insurance (or willingness to obtain)
Responsibilities May Include
• Delivering specially designed instruction to support student achievement
• Monitoring progress and adjusting instruction based on data
• Creating a positive, structured, achievement-focused classroom
• Supporting students, parents, and general education staff
• Mentoring and coaching students in self-regulation and organizational skills
• Developing effective IEPs with measurable results
• Participating in multidisciplinary meetings
