Job Requirements.
- EducationRequirements: Masters degree in Intervention Specialist (or equivalent); related ABA graduate certificate
- CertificationsRequirements: Valid Ohio Intervention Specialist licensure; relevant teaching credentials; ABA graduate certificate
- ExperienceRequirements: Minimum 1 year of school-based Intervention Specialist experience
- OtherRequirements: Must be able to write and implement IEPs, conduct/support FBAs and BIPs, and complete progress monitoring; strong collaboration with teachers, parents, therapists, and multidisciplinary teams; ability to support students using evidence-based interventions; readiness for background check (impliedplease be prepared); legally authorized to work in the United States on a W2 basis (no visa sponsorship)

JobResponsibilities:
- Develop, write, and implement IEPs aligned to student needs in a school setting
- Support and/or facilitate FBAs and develop and implement BIPs to address behavior and functional needs
- Conduct ongoing progress monitoring and document measurable student outcomes and goals
- Collaborate with teachers, parents/guardians, therapists, and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate supports
- Provide targeted intervention strategies consistent with evidence-based practices and school-based requirements
