• Salary: Competitive base salary based on MGMA benchmarks and experience, plus RVU -based bonus structure<\/span>

• Cath Lab Support:<\/span>

  • 2 fully operational Cath Labs<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • 24/7 coverage with nurses on call<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Designated Chest Pain Center<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Team includes Interventional Cardiologists, General Cardiologists, and Nurse Practitioners<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • No Surgical Backup Required<\/span>

    Job Responsibilities<\/span>
    <\/p>

    • Perform diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient care<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Participate in call coverage on a 1:3 rotating basis<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Contribute to quality improvement and clinical outcomes initiatives<\/span>
      <\/li><\/ul>

      Requirements<\/h3>

      • Completion of an accredited U.S. residency program<\/span>
        <\/li>
      • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Interventional Cardiology<\/span>
        <\/li>
      • Active or pending medical license in Illinois<\/span>
        <\/li>
      • Strong interpersonal and communication skills<\/span>
        <\/li>
      • Commitment to patient -centered care and clinical excellence<\/span>
